Kim Jong-un plots world domination

Here's North Korea's clown of a leader Kim Jong-un diligently planning, not only the downfall of the United States but eventually world domination, using his state-of-the-art (circa 1959) mini-mainframe computer with a super cool, 1st generation Logitech mouse.

Apparently his current targets include Hawaii, Los Angeles, D.C., and Austin, Texas......wait, what?

I get Hawaii, it's easy to hit with a missile. I get L.A. it's the American head-quarters of decadence, indulgence, and moonbattery. And D.C. as a target is obvious, but Austin? Heh heh....go figure.
